No. Mtejasmart is an insurance agency. We advise, place, renew and support claims for policies underwritten by licensed insurers.
Can I pay my premium in instalments?
Yes, depending on the product and insurer. You can pay in full, in two payments (50:50), in three payments (40:30:30), or over 10 months with insurance premium financing powered by Invictus, which is subject to approval. Your advisor confirms which options apply to your cover.
Do you help businesses as well as individuals?
Yes. We arrange cover for SMEs, including property, stock, liability, WIBA, fleet, goods-in-transit and group cover for staff.
Who decides whether my claim is paid?
The insurer decides claims under the terms of your policy. We help you prepare documents, notify the insurer, follow up and explain the decision in plain language.
How do I renew my policy?
Contact us before your renewal date by WhatsApp, email or the quote form. We review your cover with you and arrange the renewal with the insurer.
